Super delicious food and very friendly staff. We picked up food there on December 26th, 2020. Even if we had to drive home for 27 minutes, the food was still warm and tasted great despite the transport (not necessarily benefiting from the food, of course)! We like to order again and hope that we can eat there again in 2021.

Since I grew up in Lünen and the surrounding area and my relatives have already enjoyed eating out at the senior Westermanns in the inn, I have also witnessed the modernization by Ms. Westermann and Mr. Kraas. It's amazing how beautiful the atmosphere in Lünen has become. I am always greeted in a friendly manner, the service staff is totally friendly and so far has always responded to every individual request with my order. The food was always to my absolute satisfaction. The amount is always sufficient and the taste is excellent. Now in the Corona period, I have ordered more often, both by phone or Lieferando, and have had my deliveries. Again, I have nothing to complain about! I will continue to order and support the Westermanns in the Corona period. There are not too many such good regional restaurants. I can't personally confirm the negative reviews here. But you can't do it all. Make right ?‍♂️

Tasty, good and reasonable prices.

I ate very badly last week, Friday, the goose was so hard, not even my dog ​​wanted it, the cheap powder dumplings, only the price was great 28.80 ... It was the worst goose in my life, ( am 68)

Our visit was just great. Super friendly staff, very nice ambience, the food was wonderfully presented and tasted very good. The evening was worth every euro. We would like to come again

We, four men with clothes that the waitress present supposedly did not find suitable, were ignored on September 24th at 2pm for a quarter of an hour and not served, we left the booth afterwards! Discriminated! Pity!

Very good food. Friendly service, good atmosphere. Maybe a little too expensive. But very recommendable.

As always, the food was great and the staff make sure that you always feel welcome, even with children. (Thanks especially to Sabrina, we had a lot of fun :))

Stopover on a bike tour for one night. The food was delicious, but too expensive. Around 9:00 p.m. the doors to a horse stable were opened in an outbuilding and, although I like to smell horses, it was an unbearable smell of horse urine. This is now formulated politely! The room was very small and simply decorated, the bathroom was okay. But then it was terrible: the hotel is right next to a motorway feeder and it was a horrible sleepless night! Breakfast consisted of a sandwich and a good coffee, but we knew that .... Conclusion: never ever!

Do not recommend. Room not well furnished, bathroom nice, but not clean. Breakfast simple sandwich with lettuce and cheese

Nice place and goood food.

We found this gem of a restaurant just off the motorway. The menu is extensive and they have an English version. They offer good vegetarian and vegan options and have an outside seating area that welcomes dogs. The staff were thoroughly pleasant and we would eat here again and again

Nice ambience. Food was very good. Everything cooked to the point and very good. Price performance ratio optimal. Service friendly and attentive.

We had dinner there over the weekend, but at the same time there was a Christmas party, which in our opinion influenced the quality of the food. Eat: All four dishes were warm but not hot anymore. The linguini were a relatively small serving that could be too small for big hunger and men. The calf cheeks were a good thing to try, but the fried potatoes they ordered were not fried potatoes but more of a soggy heap of potatoes. Unfortunately not what we expected from fried potatoes. The vegan burger had - I think - homemade fries, but these were nothing special and did not taste particularly intoxicating. The burger itself was soiled and the sauce was way too sweet for me. In addition, the combination in the burger was partly not mine (kidney bean-sour cucumber - sweet sauce). From the idea with the pita bread good, but I liked the implementation unfortunately less. Then we had the Zwiebelrostbraten, which looks a bit bleak from the side dishes, but probably the best dish was. The onions were partly not properly roasted and the salad was too much of large pieces of pepper and so uncomfortable difficult to eat. ambience: That was probably the biggest selling point. The conservatory was - contrary to expectation - nice and warm. Even at the window. The decoration and the equipment could be seen. And so we sat together in a very pleasant atmosphere. From the Christmas party you have pleasantly seen more than heard. Service: The staff was friendly and helpful. There was even a vegan greeting from the kitchen. You were served quickly and did not have to wait forever for a contact person. Even if the waitress who brought the food was a little out of the ordinary and was only at the wrong table, the service was all in all pleasantly good. Conclusion: We had expected much more, especially because of the slightly higher price range and the heard. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in several. Nevertheless, we liked our stay, especially the ambience.

Good food and service. One can go,before or after lunch, for a beautiful walk outside in the nature. It was my second time there and will repeat.

Super Location

The food was delicious and the atmosphere is great too. If it's not raining you can sit outside in summer. We ate asparagus and steak and were very satisfied.

Modern gastronomy with a wonderful beer garden. Great menu with good quality. The steaks are highly recommended. However, quality also determines price here. If you want really good food, you can get good products here that also cost something. Service is very friendly and courteous.
